Photos on the site range from 1987 onwards and photos of all buses are included in the appropriate collection. Some photos have been scanned in from prints, so the quality may be lower than others.

North East Bus Photos was formed in 2007 and has recently been taken over by Mark McCann in August 2008.
You cannot right-click on photos on this site for copyright issues. As well as this, we will not send additional copies of images out and the original image button has been disabled.
Feel free to leave comments, but they are heavily moderated and any daft comments from offending people will be deleted and may result in the comment box being closed.
Like other sites we will not answer questions about damaged Vehicles!
Quite a few photos from this site have appeared on Jeff's Bus Lane, Buses and Coach Bus Weekly Magazines. Photos have also been used by various companies for promotional events.
Photo Sales
You cannot buy photos direct from the site and you will need to contact us by using the "leave a message" box on the site. We sell photos as prints and on discs. We are very cheap and keep prices down to a minimum where we can. We charge on the basis of how many you buy, the more you buy the cheaper it becomes. Many people have bough photos off us and so far they have all been very happy with the service we offer.
If you are searching for a particular bus that only has a 3 digit fleet number; please add an extra 0 at the front of the fleet number:

Recommendation's
We would recommend the following site if you like Arriva buses in the North East:
Stuart Gray (Bishop Auckland Driver) runs a fantastic site that keep you up to date with what is happening up at Bishop Auckland. Buses past and present are included and there are some excellent photos on the site.
We would also like to advise people on another excellent site ran by Alex Kennedy. Whether it be Teesside, Durham or Northumberland Alex covers everywhere and updates his site on a regular basis. Some excellent photos and some buses that no longer exist.
Another interesting site is North East and Yorkshire Bus Photographs, which is run by James Stoker, on this site there is a variety of photographs featured, including Arriva, independents, Stagecoach, Go North East and others.
